Pros and Cons of Homework

 


    Do you think students should have homework or should not? Homework has some pros and some cons. Some students love doing homework and some students hate doing homework. Some students like to get homework because they have nothing to do after school and some students don’t have time to do homework because they have stuff to do after school. Some students like to have homework so they can get better at that skill. 


There are many pros of homework. Homework helps students improve with their grades, their work and more. Some students want to improve on their work so they can get better grades. Homework helps you learn, and it helps you with life skills. Some homework is useful and some homework isn’t very useful for life skills. It opens a bridge of communication. It opens a bridge of communication because if you need help you talk to other people and figure it out together. Homework also allows parents to be involved with their students learning. Some parents like being involved in their students' learning. There are many other pros of homework, but here are the main ones.



There are many cons about homework. One con is that too much homework can be too much for some students. Some students can’t have too much homework because they have after school activities after school. Students are overdoing their homework. They are putting a lot of effort into it but it isn’t needed. Homework also adds to a 6 hour day in school. There is a lack of evidence that homework helps younger kids. A lot of kids stress over homework. Some kids don’t get what they have to do so they get frustrated.



There are many positive and negative things about homework. As you can see that there are many pros and cons of homework. Homework just has a lot of different opinions from everyone in the world. Some people love it and some people hate it.

    Your blog was very interesting, yet I noticed in the topic sentence you had more pros than cons and it started to look like you prefer one side over the other, but over all your blog was great.
